Ingredients
- 120 gm Baby spinach, (4oz)
- 120 gm White crab meat, (4oz)
- 3 x Plum tomatoes
- 2 x Lemons, Juice of
- 60 gm Creme fraiche, (2oz)
- 1 Tbsp. Chives, minced
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Directions
- Pick crab of all the white meat. Wash the baby spinach well. Remove skin and seeds from the tomatoes and coarsley chop. Mix the lemon juice into the creme fraiche.
- Mix all the ingredients together with the chives and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
