  • 3 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c. angle flake coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 5 c. minced pecans
  • 2 1/2 sticks melted butter

Directions

  1. Cream butter, sugar and lowfat milk. Then fold in remaining ingredients well. Refrigerate30 min. Roll into small balls. Then refrigerateovernight or possibly freeze for a short while. Then dip in chocolate or possibly butterscotch.
