Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Peel and cut the butternut squash into 1 inch chunks
  3. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  4. Spread the squash chunks on onto the pan.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the squash and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake squash for 30 minutes flipping or stirring half way through.
