Ingredients
- 960 gm Chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp. Black bean sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 x Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 4 sm Fresh red or possibly green chillies, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper
Directions
- Remove the final fingertip of the wings and the arm bone (the one closest to the body). In a roasting dish, mix all the ingredients, ensuring which the chicken wings are well coated. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas 4.
- Arrange the wings on to the boned bases with the bone in the centre as below. Roast the chicken wings for about 30 min.
