Ingredients
- 6 c. bite-size pcs mixed salad greens
- 2 c. cut-up cooked chicken breast
- 1 c. fresh raspberries
- 1/3 c. celery -- thinly sliced
- Â Â Freshly grnd pepper -- if you like
- 1 c. plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. raspberry or possibly red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
Directions
- Prepare Raspberry Dressing. Toss salad greens, chicken, raspberries and celery. Serve with dressing and pepper.
- Yield: 4 servings.
- RASPBERRY DRESSING:Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or possibly till smooth.
