Raspberry Cherry Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • Mix all ingredients till crumbly. Press half of crumbs into a pie plate. Bake at 375° for 5-7 minutes. Prepare filling while crust is baking.
  • Filling:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 16oz bag frozen cherries
