Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 lb Potatoes, cooked and mashed
- Â Â Salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
- 3 x Egg yolks, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 c. Minced cooked ham
Directions
- Add in 2 Tbsp. of the butter and lowfat milk to warm mashed potatoes. Beat till smooth. Add in seasonings, egg yplks, tomato paste and ham. Mix, shape into oval rolls. Brown in remaining butter. serves 6
