  • 3 lbs. roast
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 6 whole peeled potatoes (if lg. cut into cubes)
  • 5 cubed carrots
  • 2 onions

Directions

  1. Place meat in crock pot. Add in potatoes, carrots and onions. Combine soup and soup mix. Add in one can water; mix well. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cook on high 6 to 7 hrs.
