Directions

  1. Place ingredients in large pot; bring to a boil and simmer till almost tender (about 2 hrs). Then add in following ingredients and simmer additional 30 min: 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Chunks of cabbage on top - side dish
  2. Place sliced sweet French bread in a shallow pan and pour meat juice over the bread.
