Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped or possibly pressed
  • 1 1/2 pound cubed pork loin
  • Dipping Sauce (recipe follows)

Directions

  1. This succulent pork kebab is an Indonesian specialty. Peanut butter, soy sauce and curry are combined to make a wonderful blend of flavors in both the marinade and dipping sauce. Serve it with warm rice and a lettuce and citrus salad. For 4 servings you will need:
