  • 6 pork chops, 1" thick
  • 4 med. potatoes, uncooked, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 1 can (4 ounce.) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown chops; drain on absorbent paper. In battered 2 qt oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and the chops.
  2. In small bowl, combine water and soup mix; pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
