Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 green peppers, cut into small pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 9 potatoes, peeled and sliced, OR use canned sliced potatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup ketchup
Directions
- Grease bottom of a 13” x 9” x 2” pan
- Layer ingredients into pan:
- Cover bottom of pan with potatoes
- Layer meat on top of potatoes
- Layer green pepper pieces on top on meat Layer onions on top of green peppers Cover with 1/3 of sauce
- Repeat layer of potatoes, layer of meat, layer of green peppers. Cover with 1/3 of sauce
- Cover with potato slices and the rest of the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until the potatoes are tender.
