Directions

  1. Cream butter and butter; add in lowfat sour cream and beat together then add in egg yolk and mix again. Add in flour a little at a time and mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Roll out dough and cut into squares of 3 inches. Place dollop of jam filling in center of square and fold all corners to center. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 28 min till lightly browned. When cold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
