Ingredients
- 1 lb Aku
- 1/2 c. Blanched and minced limu
- Â Â Kohu
- 1 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
- 1 x Hawaiian red pepper, seeded
- Â Â And chopped.
- 2 tsp Grnd, roasted kukui nuts
Directions
- Cut aku into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine limu, salt, pepper and kukui nuts; add in fish cubes and mix well. Chilll before serving.
