Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lg. size (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can diced green chilies
  • 4 ounce. minced black olives
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. green onions (chop entire onion)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Extra chunky thick salsa (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except tortillas and salsa, together. Spread 1 heaping Tbsp. on each tortilla, roll up tight, like a jelly roll. Chill.
  2. Before serving, slice into 1/2 inch pcs. Serve plain or possibly with salsa as dip.
