Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinned chicken
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 orange, peeled & sectioned
- 1/4 c. lite soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Spread pineapple and orange sections proportionately over chicken breasts. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 min. 16 protein units, 2 fruit units, 1 anytime daily.
