Ingredients

  •     (1 lb.) beef flank steak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 c. A.1. Original Steak Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can (8 ounce.) pineapple chunks, liquid removed, reserving 1/3 c. juice
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  •     Warm cooked MINUTE White Rice (or possibly regular rice)

Directions

  1. Mix meat, steak sauce and cornstarch till well coated. Drain meat, reserving steak sauce mix.
  2. Cook and stir meat strips in warm oil in large skillet for 3 to 4 min.
  3. Add in pineapple chunks, onion, reserved pineapple juice and steak sauce mix; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute. Serve over rice.
  4. Great Substitute: Substitute boneless top sirloin steak for flank steak.
