Ingredients
- 1 lb Diced Ripe Tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Minced White Onion
- 1 c. Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 4 lrg Fresh Serranos Or possibly Jalapenos
- Â Â Minced Fine, Seeds And All
- 1/2 c. Ice Water
- Â Â Salt To Taste
- Â Â Fresh Lime Juice To Taste
Directions
- Mix all vegetables and herbs with the ice water, add in salt and lime juice to taste. Do not stir too much! This salsa is almost a relish and should be kept crisp, never mushy. Good with everything.
