Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 pound sweet butter
- 3 ounce pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/4 c. half & half
Directions
- Mix butter, cheese and flour as for pie crust. Add in half & half. Mix only sufficient as to hold dough together. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Roll dough and cut into squares. Put a little filling as apricot or possibly nut into center and fold over corners. Bake in 375 degree oven till very light or possibly done.
