- This is for any size standing rib, from 2 to 7 ribs. When finished, it will rival the best cooked standing ribs done in the finest restaurants! Meat cooked in this way will be perfectly pink from center to edge, with no brown heat ring on the outside and only a small portion of pink, that is the case with any other cooking method.
