Directions

  1. Rinse rice in cold water and drain.
  2. In a deep saucepan, bring rice and water to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer till rice is tender, about 20 min.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Fluff rice with a fork, cover and let steam for 10 min. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
