  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 can (5-ounce) water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 can (4-ounce) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Directions

  1. Heat all ingredients except cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir in cornstarch and soy sauce till thick.
