Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 10 ounce. frzn peas, cooked
- Part of a purple onion, thinly sliced
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 6 tbsp. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 8 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
Directions
- Set aside 4 slices prepared bacon. Break half of lettuce into pcs and layer in 8x12 glass dish. Arrange in two layers using 1/2 of all remaining ingredients in order listed. Refrigeratefor at least two hrs. Toss before serving. Crumble remaining bacon on top. Serves 6.
