  • 1 head lettuce
  • 10 ounce. frzn peas, cooked
  • Part of a purple onion, thinly sliced
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 6 tbsp. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled

Directions

  1. Set aside 4 slices prepared bacon. Break half of lettuce into pcs and layer in 8x12 glass dish. Arrange in two layers using 1/2 of all remaining ingredients in order listed. Refrigeratefor at least two hrs. Toss before serving. Crumble remaining bacon on top. Serves 6.
