- 2 boned pork loins (5-6 lbs. total)
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
Directions
- Roast pork loins at 170 degrees about 3 hrs. Combine orange juice and peanut butter. When thermometer reads 170 degrees brush sauce on roast and continue cooking and basting 15 to 20 min.
