Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 lb miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. creamy or possibly crunchy peanut butter
- 2 quart popped popcorn
- 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Â Â or possibly lowfat milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Keep popcorn hot in 200-degree oven. In top of double boiler, combine butter, marshmallows and peanut butter.
- Heat, stirring till marshmallows are melted and mix is smooth. Combine immediately with hot popcorn, stirring till well mixed. Turn into greased 9- by 13-inch pan.
- Press with spoon or possibly fingers into pan.
- Heat chocolate chips with a little water in top of double boiler or possibly in microwave oven. Spread over popcorn. Let set till hard. Cut into 16 bars. [email protected]
