Ingredients

  • Ripe peaches, sliced, depending on size - 1 for each serving, should be ripe
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. orange juice, frzn or possibly fresh
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • A sweet red wine to just cover peaches
  • Vanilla ice cream, scoop on top

Directions

  1. Slice peaches in parfait glasses or possibly a tall glass or possibly a big wine glass. Add in orange juice, cinnamon and wine. Chill till ready to serve. Top with ice cream.
  2. I used wild Irish rose wine, probably the cheapest brand on the market. Marsala would probably be ok but it's not so sweet.
