Ingredients
- Ripe peaches, sliced, depending on size - 1 for each serving, should be ripe
- 2 to 3 tbsp. orange juice, frzn or possibly fresh
- Cinnamon to taste
- A sweet red wine to just cover peaches
- Vanilla ice cream, scoop on top
Directions
- Slice peaches in parfait glasses or possibly a tall glass or possibly a big wine glass. Add in orange juice, cinnamon and wine. Chill till ready to serve. Top with ice cream.
- I used wild Irish rose wine, probably the cheapest brand on the market. Marsala would probably be ok but it's not so sweet.
