Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1 large peach - sliced
  • 1/2 avocado cubed
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ginger - chopped
  • 5 fresh spearmint leaves
  • To make smoothie bowl:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp or flax seeds
  • sprinkling of nuts, granola or dried fruit
