  • Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Curry Leaves – few
  • Coriander Leaves – few
  • Tamarind Extract – 2 cups
  • Salt as per taste
  • Toor Dal – 1 tsp
