Ingredients

  • 1 c. nonfat chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. Oyster Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions

  1. Combine on medium-high heat, stirring constantly till thickened.
  2. Mix into sauce steamed vegetables, mushrooms, etc., and serve over a bed of basmati rice! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Tofu is also very good with this sauce.
  3. NOTES : 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch makes quite a thick sauce - amount can vary depending on your particular taste in thickness.
  4. Notes: Very good, but a little salty. Use low sodium broth next time. [ecr]
