- Heat oysters in their liqour till their edges curl. Set aside oysters, keeping hot. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to oyster liquor to make 2 c..
- Blend butter and flour till smooth to make a cream sauce. Stir in lowfat milk and oyster liquor mix. Continue to stir till curry has thickened and is smooth, then add in salt and curry pwdr.
- Add in oysters and serve.
- Optional: Serve with warm fluffy rice and provide small bowls of minced raw onion, chutney, crispy crumbled bacon, grated egg yolks for sprinkling at table.
