Oven Baked Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pkt (8-ox.) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cablis or possibly other dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp Onion juice
  • 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard, (I add in more to taste...)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt, (I add in more of this & also add in garlic juice...)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, (I add in a little more of this as well...)
  • 1 can (6-ox.) crab meat, liquid removed & flaked
  •     Minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. I add in a little Worcestershire Sauce and some lemon juice to taste...
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Gently stir in crab meat. Spoon crab meat mix into a lightly greased 1-qt baking dish. Bake at 370 for 15 min or possibly till bubbling & nice and warm! Sprinkle w/parsley, if desired.
  3. Serve hot w/crackers.
  4. Yield: Abt. 2 3/4 c..
