When I was speaking with a friend once whose work life is a combination of traveling and running around her neighborhood (in those rare moments that she is home), I just realized how badly she needs alternatives for using her time wisely. That includes having home cooked meals that don't need elaborate and long preparations because with a life like that, the easiest and most possible option is always take-away.
