  • 1 pkt Yellow corn, barely thawed one red onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 x To 1/2 can of S & W salsa (heat is up to you, I like mine mild)
  • 1 bn Cilantro (or possibly as much as you like for taste) minced a little lemon juice some balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Toss it all together. This is one recipe which takes on flavor the longer it sits. You can adjust the tastes (add in sugar if desired it sweet).
