Ingredients
- Â Â two cans of red kidney beans, liquid removed and rinse.
- 1 pkt Yellow corn, barely thawed one red onion, finely minced
- 1/4 x To 1/2 can of S & W salsa (heat is up to you, I like mine mild)
- 1 bn Cilantro (or possibly as much as you like for taste) minced a little lemon juice some balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Toss it all together. This is one recipe which takes on flavor the longer it sits. You can adjust the tastes (add in sugar if desired it sweet).
