- Filling:
- 5.3 oz container Oikos Fat Free Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Each miniature cheesecake sans chocolate: 62 calories, 1.7 grams fat, .6 grams fiber, 2.8 grams protein
