Ingredients
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. instant chicken bouillon
- 1/3 c. Chicken Soup mix (dry)
- 1/2 c. Parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Basil
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Dill Weed
- 2 tsp Season Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Granules
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Peel
- 1/2 tsp granulated black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag or possibly jar; seal and shake to mix.
- Yields about 2 c. of seasoning.
- To make the rice:Combine 1 c. uncooked rice,2 c. water3 Tbsp. seasoning1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook 20 to 25 min or possibly till all liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork before serving.
