Directions

  1. Heat butterscotch chips. When almost melted add in chocolate chips and heat.
  2. Remove from heat and add in peanut butter. Put 1/2 mix on wax paper lined 9x13 inch pan.
  3. In a saucepan mix butter, pudding, lowfat milk and flavoring. Bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add in powdered sugar. Spread on top of chocolate mix. Press in a 10 oz package unsalted Spanish peanuts. Add in remaining chocolate mix.
