Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Water
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an 8 or possibly 9 inch square microwave baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and stir into flour mix. Microwave on High 6-7 min (till the cake tests done), rotating 1/4 turn twice. Cold for 10 min, then place on wire rack.
