Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 x (8-oz) package cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 x (9-oz) container whipped topping
- Â Â Bananas (2 or possibly 3, or possibly to taste)
- 2 x 4-serving-size pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Â Â Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Directions
- Mix flour, butter and minced pecans and press into the bottom of a 9-by-13 inch glass baking dish.
- Bake 20 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Cold completely.
- Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix in whipped topping.
- Spread over cooled crust. Slice 2 or possibly 3 bananas over cream cheese mix. Beat pudding mix, lowfat milk and vanilla till thickened. Pour over bananas. Refrigeratein refrigerator.
