Ingredients
- 1 x Store -bought deep dish pie crust
- 3 x - 4 pounds fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Raw sugar
- 1 c. Water
- 16 ounce Cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie crust till golden. Set aside.
- In saucepan add in peaches, sugar and water. Cook about 6 min. Set aside.
- In medium bowl combine cream cheese, lowfat milk, almond extract and additional sugar. Mix together till smooth. Spread cream cheese mix into pie crust and top with peaches. Refrigerateand serve
