Ingredients
- 1 quart lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 3/4 lb (1 1/2 c.) brown sugar
- 4 x or possibly 5 cinnamon sticks or possibly grnd cinnamon to taste
- 1 sm coconut, shredded
Directions
- Disolve the cornstarch in the lowfat milk. Add in the brown sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. When the sugar is melted and begins to thicken, add in the cinnamon and coconut. When the natilla is very thick, pour onto a large serving dish.
