With the peppery flavor of the nasturtium leaves, this pesto is excellent on top of grilled salmon, halibut, chicken or steak. You can freeze small portions of it in ice cube trays for later use. Some farmers markets carry organic, non pesticide treated nasturtium flowers and leaves.

Ingredients
- 4 cups packed nasturtium leaves
- 3 to 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup walnuts
Directions
- Process all the ingredients in a food processer until you have a smooth paste.
