1 lrg can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
2 can mandarin oranges
1 lrg pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 lrg carton Cold Whip
1Â 3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
3 x egg yolks
3 tsp cornstarch

Directions

Cook acini de pepe till tender, drain, and cold. Boil pineapple juice, sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch. Cold and pour over acini de pepe. Add in the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and Cold Whip. This makes a very large salad.
