Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine mustard,salt and pepper. Rub all over pork.
  2. Place on baking sheet and roast for 25 min or possibly till pork is slightly pink in the centre.
  3. Let stand for 10 min. Cut into thin slices and arrange on a platter.
  4. Serves 6.
