Ingredients
- 500g raw mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 150 ml oil
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onion
- 150g shredded cheese
- 150 ml sour cream
- toast bread
Directions
- 1.Heat the oil in a pan.
- 2.Cut the mushrooms in little cubes,and stew them with chopped onion,garlic.
- 3.Add salt,pepper,green onion and sour cream.
- 4.Boil till is thick.
- 5.After is chilled a while,serve on bread toast with shredded cheese.
