Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Sliced Mushrooms (any kind)
  • 2 Tbsp Butter (or Oil)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Few Curry leaves, torn
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Green chilli, slit lengthwise
  • 1 Medium size Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder (1)
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Greens of Scallions (optional)
