Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 15 ounce crushed pineapple (liquid removed well)
- 1/4 c. finely minced green pepper
- 2 T grated onion
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. minced nuts (pecans or possibly walnuts)
- 1/2 c. minced nuts (to roll cheese ball in)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and chill for an hour or possibly so then roll into a ball and roll into minced nuts. Best if made 24 hrs ahead. This cheese ball freezes well.
