Molded Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. To toast sesame seeds spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 3-5 min, stir occasionally.
  2. Line small custard c. (6 ounces) or possibly small gelatin mold with plastic wrap. Combine butter and garlic. Beat 2-3 min till light and creamy. Press butter in mold or possibly custard c. smooth top. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight. Unmold unto serving plate and cover with sesame seeds lightly press into butter. Serve at room temperature.
