  • 1 (1 lb.) can orange & grapefruit sections
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon or possibly apricot gelatin
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 med. bananas
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Drain and save syrup from fruits. Add in water to liquid removed syrup to make 1 2/3 c. liquid and heat to boil. Remove from heat. Add in gelatin and sugar, stirring till dissolved. Add in fruits, nuts, coconut and pour into mold. Chill.
