  • 2/3 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 4 ounce lean boneless cooked ham steak

Directions

  1. Preheat outdoor barbecue grill according to manufacturer's directions, or possibly preheat broiler and spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine molasses, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar. Grill ham over warm coals or possibly place onto prepared rack in broiler pan and broil 4 inches from heat, turning once and brushing frequently with molasses mix, 6-8 min, till lightly browned on both sides.
  2. Serve with rice or possibly potato side with a veggie. We usually serve with green beans and either rice, or possibly twice baked potatoes, baked stuffed potatoes, or possibly some other potato dish.
