Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce.) cans Veg-all mixed vegetables
  • 2 (5 ounce.) cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers (3 Packages in box)

Directions

  1. Drain vegetables and mix with chestnuts, mayonnaise and cheese. Put in casserole dish and cover with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
